Education in the sphere of public relations in Russian higher educational institutions

The article deals with the problems formation of the system of professional training in the field of public relations in Russian Federation. Public relations in the present-day sense of the word in Russia began to develop much later than in America and Europe, where the national models of PR education have already been developed and existed for quite a long time. The author analyzes the features of shaping of Russian model of educational institutions and professional community of Russian PR experts represented by various organizations and associations.
