Educational activities and their influence upon person's self-determination

Self-determination is presented as a result of educational activities. It is characterized interconnecting with personal resources of an individual such as literacy, scholarship and competency. The results of experimental investigation of first-year students' self-determination level in the field of future professional activity are described. It is shown that education value for individuals of different levels is a significant factor of person's self-determination.
