In the article the approaches to definition of concept of the educational environment of high school are analyzed. The pedagogical reserve of the educational environment of high school is opened. The mechanism of designing of the educational environment is described and the total characteristic of its components is given: subject-objective, functional-target, technological and diagnostic-productive.
