Educational technologies in foreign language teaching of future specialists (on the example of "Radio engineering" and "Navigation" specialties)

The author explores one of the problems of modern education - the formation of communicative skills of future specialists in order to improve the quality of higher education. The relevance of this study is determined by the existing social and educational demand for specialists with communication skills, ready for future professional activity and the search of pedagogical conditions of effective formation in the educational process of the university. The analysis of Federal State Educational Standard of higher education in the direction of training 11.03.01 of radio engineering (qualification "bachelor"), the direction 210601 of radio-electronic systems and complexes (qualification "specialist") and the direction 26.05.05 Navigation (specialty)" which showed that among the necessary skills is the mastering one of the foreign languages at level not below the colloquial. Therefore, the purpose of this article is theoretical substantiation of necessity of introduction of innovative technologies of foreign language teaching future engineers at the university to improve the level of formation of communicative competence of students. The main objectives of formation of communicative skills of future specialists are considered. Innovative technologies for the effective formation of communicative skills of students are stated. It is concluded that the essential concept of formation of professionally-creative abilities of future specialists, which will allow to solve the contradiction between society's need for competent specialists, ready to use professional and creative skills to solve professional tasks and actual level of readiness of graduates of higher education to perform their professional functions.
