Educational conditions as a factor of influence on the quality of the educational process at the university

This article analyzes the factors of educational conditions affecting the quality of the educational process in the university. As far as we know, the time of digitalization puts forward its own extraordinary conditions and requirements for the quality of the release of competent and versatile qualified personnel who must have all the priority qualities, and this requires tremendous work. Thus, great demands are placed on the quality of higher education. From the analysis of many sources, it was revealed that students evaluate their studies at the university mainly in two dimensions. The first one is conditionally called “quality of education”, which determines the assessment of the direct educational process and its results and includes: the quality of education; quality of theoretical and practical training; organization of the educational process. And the second dimension is “learning conditions”, which differ, first of all, in the infrastructure that affects learning and combines the following evaluation criteria: comfort of staying in an educational organization; organization of medical control and medical care; availability and condition of places for theoretical, laboratory and practical classes, as well as physical education; the regularity and procedure for organizing extracurricular activities; safety of stay in an educational organization and on its territory, conditions of stay for persons with disabilities, etc. This is explained by the fact that higher education is responsible for meeting the needs of the state, society and the individual, his hope for obtaining high-quality knowledge for professional activities and the possibility of social well-being. Thus, the educational, social, organizational and other conditions identified by us create a certain “Environment” where the learning process functions.
