In this article attempts to analyze substantial characteristics of educational environment from psychosynergetic positions and to represent it as «inviting force» giving the possibility to an individual to accomplish the freedom in choosing of his own life. It is defined that motivating relations of a school student to the school, the teacher, and the course of studying can be determined by the degree of the satisfaction of social needs in there self-interrelationship in the process of self-actualization of arisen stimulating tendencies and by the degree of openness in the connection «teacher-student» carried out as a dialogue of cultures or dialogue of individualities.
