The general approach to a viscometric description of the non-Newtonian fluids in the system of coaxial vertical cylinder-cylinder is considered. As an example, the differences in a behavior of the viscoelastic samples with domination of liquid or solid properties when the probe in it moves mechanically or in the processes of a flow evolution because of the torque effect are marked.
