This scientific article is devoted to the analysis of such an urgent problem as the common property of spouses and the application of foreclosure on it. In characterizing the main problems of the chosen topic, we relied on different definitions of the term "legal regime of spouseproperty." To reinforce the theoretical aspects, we focus on several court decisions on this sought-after topic, which in one way or another can affect any married couple. During the review of the judicial decisions we have chosen, which have influenced the outcome of the family life of several couples, we have analyzed the judge's verdict in this case.
