Possibility of use the hematologic indicators as predictors of infectious and inflammatory complications after artificial abortion is studied. It is shown that insufficiently active participation of immune system cellular elements in permission of inflammatory process, and also the reduced ability of erythrocytes on ensuring oxygenation of an organism during the postoperative period conduct to development of infectious and inflammatory complications after artificial abortion.
