All-Russian national identity as the main purpose of the Russian secularism

Бесплатный доступ

The article deals with the problem of searching for the primordially Russian secularism - the secularism, which through the convergence and diversification was reached by the West. It describes, on the one hand, the need to move away from the modern Western secular principles and at the same time preserve the "core of secularism" in its original understanding, on the other hand, to take into account the multinationality and multi-confessionality of the peoples of Russia, as the quintessence of this whole process. The main ways to achieve it should be the methods of social trust and ethno-confessional dialogue. The goal should be the all-Russian identity of the peoples of the Russian Federation.
