In the article, the author addresses the content and features of the social danger of crimes committed using digital technologies. The study uses systemic, logical, and formal-legal methods. To achieve this goal, the author analyzes the place and meaning of social danger in the discourse of modern criminal law, after which, from a dialectical point of view, approaching the study of the social danger of crimes committed using digital technologies, and also making proposals for improving the current legislation.
