Socially dangerous consequences of illegal logging of forest

The subject of the research is the criminal law provision provided for by Art. 260 of the Criminal Code, as well as the approved rates and coefficients for calculating the amount of damage for the crime. The purpose of the study is to identify possible ways to improve the disposition of art. 260 of the Criminal Code. The disposition of this article is formulated contradictory, which causes different interpretations in determining the design of the objective side. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to indicate the disposition of the damage caused by illegal logging, excluding the category of the size of the act.
