General-theoretical aspect of the legal value of the principle of justice

A number of legal reforms, in particular judicial reform, have started in modern Russian legislation. The purpose of this reform was the modernization, development of state power in the field of justice. Currently, during self-isolation, judicial reform began to undergo a number of changes, namely the transition to remote electronic services. Thus, the value and legal guidelines of the principles of administering justice began to come to the fore. One of the key tenets of the administration of justice is the adoption of a fair decision by the court. Nowadays, many scholars, adherents of various law schools, interpret justice in different ways. The author provides an explanation of the principle of justice, in highlighting the legal value of justice, a general theoretical analysis of the understanding of "justice" by various legal schools. The problem of securing by the legislator in normative legal acts by declaring the principle of justice or through the prism of other universal principles is highlighted.
