General social and socio-psychological reasons for the illegal production, sale or shipment of drugs committed by a person using his official position

The article analyzes the general social and socio-psychological reasons for a person to commit illegal production, sale or shipment of drugs using his official position. It is concluded that the commission of these crimes may be due to a variety of reasons that are negative economic, social and spiritual phenomena of society. It has been established that it is advisable to consider the determinants of crime at various levels of society's life - from macro processes to the influence of the microenvironment on a person, from economic, spiritual, social or political factors to personal motives of human behavior in a particular life situation. Knowledge of the reasons and conditions for the commission by a person of illegal production, sale or transfer of drugs using his official position is necessary for the effective fight against drug crime.
