Environment of crime's perpetration

The article is devoted to the situation of the commission of a crime as signs of composition. It is noted that it is mainly considered as a sign of the objective side of the composition, but the situation also includes some subjective elements. The cases of mentioning the situation in the Criminal Code are grouped according to the criterion of influence on the public danger of the deed. It is concluded that the situation can both mitigate or completely exclude punishment, and aggravate it.
