Human capital management is one of the most important directions in the activity of any enterprise and is considered the main criterion for the success of economic functioning. Previously, the main attention was paid to the technical component and modification of production, today the main emphasis is on improving the workforce. This is due to the fact that not "money makes money", but "people make money". Therefore, particular attention should be paid to the effectiveness of the workforce, including training.
