Training simulation courses in the system of postgraduate education of doctors

An assessment and analysis of postgraduate training programs for highly qualified personnel “Actual issues of emergency care in pediatrics with a training simulation course” implemented at the Department of Propaedeutics of Childhood Diseases, Polyclinic and Emergency Pediatrics of the Astrakhan State Medical University are given. Demonstrates the demand for such programs in practical healthcare, their practice orientation. The importance of simulation training for improving the quality of education, developing and consolidating the practical skills necessary for providing emergency care to children of different ages, the readiness of pediatricians to solve professional problems of diagnosing various life-threatening conditions, prehospital treatment is discussed.
