Review of the second all-Russian scientific and practical conference with international participation “Law in medicine”

We present to you a brief report on the work of the II All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Law in Medicine” with international participation, which was held on October 11, 2024, in the city of Chelyabinsk, at the Chelyabinsk State University, with the organizational participation of the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine and the Institute of Law. The conference was attended by scientists (doctors, lawyers, and professors from various disciplines) and practitioners in the fields of law and medicine, both from Russia and from other countries (the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Belarus, and the Republic of Armenia). The main theme of the conference predetermined the topics of discussion, both at the plenary session and at the sectional sessions, where the rights and obligations of medical professionals and patients, as well as various aspects of medical law, were discussed.
