Review of methods of increasing efficiency of steam-gas plants of recycling type with two pressure levels by introduction of intermediate overheating duct

Development of national energy in Russia implies prospects of development and introduction into use of steam-gas plants of recycling type, which are used at thermal electric stations. The main objective of the modernization of steam-gas plants with a recovery boiler is to increase the efficiency of steam turbines, which is initially 34-37%, due to the absence of a regeneration system and low initial steam parameters. Intermediate overheating of water vapour not completely exhausted in the fluid part of the turbine increases the thermal efficiency of the SGP. Increasing the efficiency of the gas turbine plant at the initial stage of the 38 - 40% is the second most important task to be solved. Low efficiency indicators are facilitated by increased energy consumption, which is used for operation of turbocompressor drive. As a result of the studies carried out, we can argue that the use of the technology of intermediate steam overheating, which has not fully worked out in the steam turbine of the steam-gas plant, is an alternative way to increase the efficiency of the power plant.
