Review of law enforcement practice on the implementation of the right of inheritance in the Russian Federation

The article contains a study of the main categories of court cases on inheritance disputes in the Russian Federation. In each category the judicial practice is analyzed, taking into account specific court decisions. It assesses not only the number of cases and their share in the total number of cases, but also the legal issues of the considered categories of cases, their complexity, the general nature of the judicial process.
