Assessment of aerobic energyformation and physical productivity level according to results of veloergometry in highly qualified sportsmen with various directions of training process

Бесплатный доступ

Comparative assessment of physical productivity level and adaptive abilities of blood circulation apparatus was performed in 85 highly qualified sportsmen with various directions of training process using of veloergometry indices. Influence of type and level of motional activity of cyclic and acyclic character on mechanisms of energy-provision: aerobic and anaerobic ones which identify physical productivity of sportsmen was assessed. Early and latent changes of functional state of cardiovascular system were revealed which point to necessity of training process optimization at the expense of the development of oxygenic (aerobic) provision system.
