Evaluation of antioxidant properties of pharmacological remedies of plant origin in experiments in vitro by chemiluminescent method

In the series of experiments in vitro the comparative estimation of antioxidative properties of a number of remedies of plant origin taken from the flora of Baikal region has been conducted. The quantitative definition of activity of tested remedies in relation to lipid radicals and to active oxygen forms has been carried out. The expediency of their use for prophylaxis and treatment of free-radical pathology has been proved.
