Patients with tubal-peritoneal infertility combined with genital herpetic infection localized in ootheca have increase of the absolute lymphocyte count. The lymphocytes are ready for Fas-dependant apoptosis but at the same time there is no increase of lymphocytes with signs of karyorhexis. The solvable receptor sFas is significantly lower in the blood serum and twice higher in the peritoneal fluid of the patients with tubal-peritoneal infertility combined with genital herpetic infection. The level of effector caspases 3 in the blood lymphocytes is significantly higher for women with infertility and HSV1, 2. At the secretory phase of menstrual period in ootheca against the background of local herpetic infection the number of proliferation-associated marker positive cells Ki67 really grows. The increase of proliferating cells in ootheca is not accompanied by the growth of protein p53 positive cells.
