Organic matter biological quality evaluation in structural aggregates of leaked chernozem under processing minimization conditions

The purpose of the paper is to evaluate the biological quality of the structural aggregates of leached chernozem under conditions of minimizing processing. The studies were carried out in the Krasnoyarsk natural district on the land areas of the SEC Shilinskoye, Sukhobuzimsky District (56°57' N, 93°76' E). The influence of soil tillage methods on the biological quality of structural aggregates was studied in 2014. Reference plots with an area of 500 m2 were identified within the production crops. Soil samples were taken from each of them from layers 0-5 and 5-20 cm using the snake method. The sample size (n=15) was calculated based on the soil fertility variation determined before the experiment.
