The article presents the results of sociologic questioning of 1175 patients and 226 doctors of outpatient departments in Omsk concerning the attraction of ambulatory medical service. Comfortable location and accessibility of an outpatient department as well as doctors skill are of the most significance. Comparative assessment of the results of doctors and patients inquest allows to reveal both resemblances and differences of their opinions concerning the arrangement of ambulatory care.
