The heaters of engineering objects, including heating elements (radiators) and measurement instrumentation (sensors of temperature and flow quantity) which are structural component of integrated System of individual calculation, distribution and consumption of energy resources are considered. The prime feature of the System is the presence of sensors of flow quantity and temperature of heating medium, equipped with wireless interface. The measurement is realized by scanning the sensors after fixed periods of time. Therefore, one of the prime characteristics of heaters is their dynamic parameters determining the period of scanning of sensors. Introduced evaluation of dynamic characteristics of radiators can be applied to design of cooling systems for automobiles.
