Evaluation of evidence and its impact on the composition of the court

Motions for the exclusion of evidence may be filed at any stage of the trial; consideration of the motion is supposed immediately after its application. However, when considering these motions, the court may touch upon the assessment of evidence, and what way it may affect the legality of the composition of the court, because in fact, the court, resolving these motions, may express issues on subsequent judicial proceedings. Is it possible in this case to postpone the consideration of these motions? The author analyzes this issue and gives recommendations for resolving this situation.
