The possibilities of the availability of radio emission from a tropospheric station to receiving monitoring tools for the identification of unmasking parameters are considered. The estimation methodology and calculation results based on the probabilistic approach are presented. The results can be used in the construction of tropospheric radio relay communication lines in the conditions of conducting electromagnetic radio monitoring.
