Evaluation of development factors of the pension fund of the Russian Federation and private pension funds

The article summarizes the results of the research on the factors (the size of profitability of pension accumulations in the respective pension funds; the amount of pension already paid to the fund) supposedly influence the development of pension funds in Russia. The research was conducted on the basis of correlation and regression analysis with the construction of linear dependencies. As a result, it found that factors such as the profitability of pension accumulation and the amount of pensions paid to the fund, does not have a significant impact on the choice of citizens in favor of a particular fund. The most important role in the choice of pension fund is played by the credibility of the fund and its reliability.
