The goal of the study was to investigate post-vaccinal immunity in cows vaccinated with Coglavax vaccine. Antibodies in the blood serum of vaccinated cows to the antigen of the pathogen Cl. prefringenes to α, β and ε toxins were determined by ELISA. The studies showed that antibodies in the blood serum of cows were produced to all three Cl. prefringenes toxins at the same level. The most active ones were produced to epsilon toxin in 50 % of animals, to beta – 40 % and to alpha – 30 %. Antibodies were absent or at low levels in 5 out of 16 cows to alpha toxin; to beta toxin were absent in 2; to epsilon - with low titer was noted in 4 cows. There were no negative reactions to epsilon toxin. Analyzing the results of ELISA it can be noted that animals react more effectively to epsilon toxin, and less to alpha toxin. Meanwhile, tolerant animals are also observed among the vaccinated animals. These animals have no antibodies to all three toxins or have low antibody titers. There were no antibodies in the colostrum after calving in the animals that did not respond to the vaccine by synthesizing antibodies in blood serum before calving.
