The subpopulation structure of immune system T-cellular link in dynamics of adjuvant treatment at patients with breast cancer at sick two groups in combination with accompanying therapy and without it is studied. Accompanying therapy from an imidazoliletanamid pentadion acid when carrying out chemotherapy raised number of SD3+ of t-lymphocytes from 68,4% in group of comparison to 84,5% in the studied group, CD4++-cells from 35,2% to 61,5% respectively (р
