The article deals with management of innovative culture of the machine-building enterprise for the purpose of increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of its work. An essential element of a control system of innovative culture of the enterprise is estimation of the level of innovative culture of the staff. For the level estimation a technique considering educational, vocational, behavioural, scientific (rationalization), worth-motivational and physiological factors is offered. For acceptance of more well-founded decisions an integrated estimation of level of innovative culture of the enterprise in time and in comparison with separate structural divisions of corporation is offered to use.
