The peculiarities of neurodynamic functions of future and practicing managers are considered. It is shown that the speed of psychomotor reactions among students is higher than that of managers. The distribution function of attention is more stable, which indicates its importance for the profession. Recommendations on the estimation of managers’ economic efficiency taking into account its psychophysiological support are given.
