Estimation of the efficiency of the enterprise activity using the balances scorecard system

The article is devoted to the problem of the balanced scorecard system formation for estimation of the activity efficiency of an industrial enterprise. The authors offer three system components: traditional financial component, financial component worked out by the authors, nonfinancial component offered by the authors. Within the frameworks of each component the author represents a system of analysis and estimation of the key figure using the rating system. At the end of the article the author gives the system of the foil assessment conduct of effectiveness of an industrial enterprise management using the balanced scorecard system.
