Evaluation of formation of profitability of agricultural enterprises with regard staffing of mechanics, age of tractors, power availability per worker

The solution of the problem of increasing the reliability of the tractors under the prevailing conditions is of particular importance and urgency. It can be solved due to timely and high-quality maintenance. The contradiction inherent in the system of maintenance and use of machines is that the timing of the fieldwork and the maintenance work of the machines coincide, while the greater the volume of fieldwork performed, the longer the time it takes to maintain it. As a result, during intense periods of field work the machine operator, in order to ensure high reliability, is forced to eliminate the consequences of failures, which leads to their increase, the productivity of machines is reduced, and the costs of operation are increasing. With the emerging trend, when the mechanic has more than one machine, he is unable to perform all types of maintenance and repair, and the involvement of specialists in technical service depends on the profitability of the enterprise. The profitability of the agricultural enterprise determines the possibility of interaction with the enterprises of technical service. Factors affecting the profitability of an agricultural enterprise are considered: the age of tractors, the supply of personnel with machine operators and power availability per worker. A multifactorial linear model of the formation of the profitability of an agricultural commodity producer has been constructed, and the significance. As a result of processing the mathematical linear model, it is possible to obtain the values of the proportion of the amount of work that the agricultural commodity producer will be able to transfer to specialized enterprises, based on financial possibilities. The factors by which the agricultural commodity producer, are classified into typical groups with real values of the main indicators forming profitability for each group are justified.
