Efficacy and safety of Carvedilol (Vedicardol) and Metoprolol tartrate in patients havingh chronic heart failure was assessed. Carvedilol (Vedicardol) is concluded to be more effective and more safe than Metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of chronic heart failure by increasing survival rate and decreasing cost of treatment.
