The article presents the first experience of minimally invasive treatment for complicated cholelithiasis. One of its complications is choledocholithiasis. 8 patients with choledocholithiasis underwent partial papillosphincterotomy and balloon dilatation of papillae. The average duration of treatment for large choledocholithiasis according to this technique was 5.6 ± 2.4 days. All patients had associated diseases. In the early postoperative period there was no complications. The combined technique of partial papillosphincterotomy and balloon dilatation is an effective minimally invasive treatment for large choledocholithiasis. To assess the risk of complications, it is necessary to analyze the results of this technique in greater number of patients.
