The investigation of the Chernobyl Disaster liquidators was made on the basis of the Department of Radiation Medicine of Russian Scientific Center of Roentgenoradiology. The effectiveness of the patients treatment for arterial hypertension was 82%. The treatment resulted in normalization of the vegetative nervous system functions. Normalization of the psycho-emotional status was achieved in 18% of the patients.
