This paper is devoted to investigation of the characteristic features of opioid dependence relapse and evaluation of antirelapse training. Factors promoting opioid dependence relapse were established as biological mechanisms of the disease, as individual-psychological and environmental effects. Patients were divided into two groups in which all relapses observed in the disease dynamics attributed to exogenous or endogenous factors. Comparative analysis of the developed program of antirelapse training efficiency has shown that patients with predominantly endogenous factors had a best outcome when the training was included in the structure of medico-social rehabilitation programs. Relapses appeared under predominantly exogenous factors influence may be managed using anti-relapse training as independent therapeutic program. The frequency of therapeutic remissions with duration of more than six months in both cases increased in comparison with special medication
