The paper considers options to address quality problems of optimization of processes and develop the optimal strategy development of commercial, retail and entertainment centers. We give efficient algorithms to determine the feasibility of those or other commercial sites, assessing the relative attractiveness of entering into these or other projects, as well as assessment of possible future volume of trade shops. We point out the possibility of limiting the formalization of the whole spectrum of problems relating to the effective functioning of the objects, their development and strategy behavior in the market.
