With the same stage of acute pancreatitis, the treatment of cats in a hospital setting using lidocaine and finantil as anesthesia by infusion at a constant rate for three days, or 2.5 times accelerated the disappearance of clinical signs. Due to the removal of the inflammatory process in the pancreas, the removal of pain in the blood of cats undergoing treatment, the biochemical parameters of the blood of cats have normalized. The economic efficiency of veterinary measures carried out in the treatment of cats with acute pancreatitis in a hospital with lidocaine and finantil as analgesia by infusion at a constant rate is 0.49 rubles per ruble of costs, outpatient treatment with tramadol is 0.95 rubles.
