The evaluation of the effectiveness of the creation and functioning of clusters is a highly relevant task at the present time. This article discusses the methods of quantitative complex evaluation of the effectiveness of the cluster, based on decrease in transaction costs, interest rate of the capital, marketing costs, diffusion of innovations and sharing of infrastructure objects.
