The article focuses on methods elaboration of territory economic potential assessment. The author establishes the appropriateness of integrated methodology to assess territory economic potential, based on assessment of its components (natural, labour, productive, financial, transport, engineering, scientific and innovative) using indicators, characterizing availability significance and utilization of potential.
