The estimation of quality of the lemons realized in trading-retail networks of Omsk is spent. Questions of physiological influence of a citrus on an organism chelove are considered, identification signs are established. The analysis of the quality indicators shown to lemons, was spent on soot-vetstvie to standards of GOST 4429-82 (amendment 12-90) and ЕЭК United Nations FFV-14. Necessary is-followings under the vitamin C maintenance, percentage of a peel and the size a cavity cart-stuffy are spent in addition to requirements of standards. The most qualitative lemons realized in the markets of Omsk are as a result established.
