Evaluation of the quality of dairy products at the enterprises of the Krasnodar territory

The article evaluates the quality of dairy and fermented milk products sold in the Krasnodar Territory by such manufacturers as CJSC Korenovsky Dairy and Canning Plant, CJSC Leningradsky IC and JSC Agrocomplex named after N.I. Tkachev. The products for evaluation were the most popular products among buyers - milk and kefir of various types with different fat content. The paper considers the assortment of each company, analyzes the nutritional value, and also studies the ratio of calcium and magnesium content in the composition. Based on the data obtained, conclusions were drawn and the results of the study were summarized.
