Qualitative assessment of technical service of agricultural machinery

The provision of technical services requires the provision of quality assurance of these services. The results of research by leading experts in this field are not always available to engineers of agricultural enterprises, so there is a need to develop methods for assessing the quality of the client or to confirm the quality of the technical service provider. The project of the system of technical service of the machine-tractor fleet, which includes a set of interrelated and interdependent its components-processes occurring in agricultural machines; technology of technical service; performers of technical service - determined and directed by the purpose of technical service - maintenance of efficiency of agricultural machinery, allows you to form a methodology for assessing the quality. Quality score is a product of the partial coefficients, reflecting the degree of conformity of the executed volumes of works required volumes; the matching degree of the periodicity of the desired values; the extent to which the technology maintenance and repair processes in the subsystems; the adequacy of competences of contractors for the implementation of technology maintenance and repair; the adequacy of the statement of work, potentially executed by the performers of technical services for the maintenance of a certain kind of machine-tractor aggregates. The degree of conformity of periodicity can be ensured by compliance with the requirements of normative and technical documentation. The scope of work of the technical service can be provided with the work of a group of performers of technical service. The variant of the method of assessment of technical service executors’ competences is proposed, which can be applied also for certification and certification of these workers. At the same time it contains instructions on the direction of improvement of competences of service engineers at the expense of repairs of the serviced cars in off-season time. This experience will improve the thorough maintenance of machines during field work.
