Assess ment of quality life in children with diabetes mellitus type I with pomp insulin therapy

The aim of this study is to assess the quality of life in children with diabetes mellitus type I, who are receiving treatment with syringe-pen and pomp insulin therapy. Children questionnaire of quality life PedsQqL TM Generic Core Scales (author J. Varni, USA) was a tool for assessment of quality life. When children started using pomp insulin therapy, indices of emotional and social functioning statistically became significantly higher.
