Assessment as a tool of adaptive control the organization

The article examines the assessment of management systems in an organization from the standpoint of adaptive control theory. In accordance with the requirements of ISO management standards, the assessment contour of management systems is presented as a feedback loop. The causes of possible problems, inconsistencies and risks in management systems that must be objectively established during an internal audit are given. The role of digital transformation as a factor in the development of management systems in an organization is noted. Research directions and tasks for improving assessment in organizational management systems are defined.
