Estimation morphological and functional features of peripheral department of erythron at children with a pathology of respiratory system

In this work morphological and functional features of erythrocytes have been investigated at children with pathology of respiratory system. The peripheral department of erythron at children with pulmonary pathology reacts on hypoxia, arising owing to infringement of function of external breath, and an inflammation. Decrease in concentration of hemoglobin in erythrocytes, reduction of the erythrocyte's sizes (average volume, diameter and a thickness) is revealed. Besides, there is a change of a functional condition of erythrocytes: glucose consumption by erythrocytes is lowered, sorbtional ability of erythrocytes in relation to methylene blue is raised, electrophoretic mobility of erythrocytes is lowered, erythrocyte's acid stability is raised.
