Results of complex researches on assessment the prospects of development and production of medicines within realization the projects of cluster policy are given in work. On the example of the "Import of PM to Russia" and "Monitoring of Pharmaceutical, Hospital Purchases and Issue of Medicines on DLO" databases authors analyze the range of medicines which can be included in assortment portfolios of domestic farm manufacturers.
